Industrial Flow Solutions to acquire Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private fairness agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments.
