Updated rules on Thailand’s quarantine period for worldwide arrivals

Starting tomorrow, the obligatory quarantine interval for vaccinated travellers getting into Thailand shall be lowered from 14 days to seven. Those who are either unvaccinated, or who cannot show proof of their vaccination standing, face a longer quarantine period of between 10 to 14 days.
The obligatory isolation period is waived for vaccinated travellers entering Thailand through the pilot reopening tasks on the islands of Phuket and Koh Samui. The government’s Phuket Information Centre recently introduced that visitors arriving underneath the Phuket “Sandbox” project will now only need to remain at a SHA+ hotel for seven days. During that time, they’ll roam freely on the island. On day eight, they will travel to different provinces.
Travellers who are not entering beneath the island reopening initiatives should undergo quarantine at another state quarantine or various quarantine hotel. For Reduced on ASQ and AQ resorts in Thailand, click HERE. (sponsored link)
